A solid partnership

PERCEIVE’s partners have the perfect characteristics to take on the challenge of analysing a very complex interplay of regional diversities, policies’ performance and citizens’ perception of the European Union. These aspects will be investigated by taking both an economic and a sociological perspective. Hence, due to diverse backgrounds, excellent research and dissemination’s skills, the final result of PERCEIVE will be a well-balanced project built on every partner’s effort and contribution. An additional value to the project will be also brought by Local Managing Authorities, involved as third parties.

Advisory Board

In order to strengthen the dissemination part of the project, to integrate policy partners early in the project, and to enable a permanent scientific supervision of the project and the coordinator’s activities, will be aided by an external Advisory Board (AB). The role of the AB will be important in two ways: to provide independent external advice on scientific and policy issues relevant to PERCEIVE; to serve as the first point of contact in communicating and applying the results of the project. AB members are:

Supporting institutions

PERCEIVE project envisions to amplify the impact with the inclusions of Local Managing Authorities (LMAs) directly into the research team as third-parties providing in-kind contributions against payment. Beyond the obvious aim of facilitating the retrieve and the transfer of data and information, the inclusion of these parties is a mechanism to push the research output directly to the decision points in which the knowledge is needed. LMAs are responsible for managing programmes that are supported by Cohesion Policy. These organizations provide
information on the programme, select the projects and monitor their implementation. They are:
Besides providing feedback on conceptual and practical issues on the research activities carried on throughout the project, LMAs will specifically contribute to the research activities outlined in WP1, WP3, WP5 and WP6. LMAs will also play a pivotal role for the exploitation of the results by supporting the communication and dissemination activities designed in WP7 with their own networks.

Dissemination and Communication Team

In order to reach all stakeholders and ensure an effective dissemination, the project foresees the creation of a Dissemination and Communication Team (DCT) including a member from each partner of the consortium, under the leadership of BAM! and UNIBO. This team will be responsible for internal and external communications and will ensure the effective dissemination of the internal and final results involving all relevant stakeholders.The members are:
